Most of the time it goes smooth but I have had a few instances where it didn't and having a tool that would automatically remove the traces would be useful. So we have been reinstalling Trend Micro on those machines. We changed servers a while back on where Trend Micro was hosted and some machines did not pick up the new server. I might be missing something on it but I have never gotten it to work. It simply says installing hotfix, has you restart the computer, and nothing is done. I know they have an uinstaller on the website but I have never gotten it to do anything.
I just occasionally have a computer where Trend Micro does not uninstall correctly and then I have to manually dig through the registry and computer to delete traces of it in order to get it to install. Is there a Trend Micro uninstaller that works? I am not trying to be insulting on this.
